Refund Policy

1. Thank you for purchasing our digital products and solutions. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.

2. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our products, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Duplicate purchases will also be refunded instantly.

3. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled on a case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven days of your original purchase.
